Training Schedule

We understand that "life happens," and registered participants sometimes have to cancel their registration for a class. However, we also understand how unfair it can be for the other students in the class when the class has to be cancelled due to participants backing out late as well as those on the waiting list not being notified of openings in a timely fashion. It is also unfair to our instructors and range officers when the headcount for a class suddenly changes after materials have been purchased and instructor ratios have been established for a given class. Considering all of these viewpoints, here is our refund policy for course tuition:

If a participant cancels up to 30 days before the scheduled class: Full Refund or full amount can be applied to another SPSA course.

If a participant cancels 29-14 days before the scheduled class: Full Refund less a $50 cancellation charge or full amount can be applied to another SPSA course.

If a participant cancels 13-7 days before the scheduled class: Full Refund less the deposit amount or full amount less a $30 rescheduling charge can be applied to another SPSA course.

If participant cancels less than 7 days before scheduled class: No refund and no rescheduling available.

Course tuition can be applied to a different participant if the cancelling participant finds a replacement for the class.

If SPSA cancels a class: Each participant will be have the option of receiving a full refund or applying the amount paid to another SPSA class.
